Evorail™ Non Trip is our latest version and “top of the range” product. It has the sleek lines of our radius range but with shorter counterbalance legs that prevent any possible trip hazard when walking close to the guardrail.

By using a counterbalance weight on every leg we can ensure that the product still complies with the legislative requirements of EN 13374 for Temporary Edge Protection.

All of the system screw fixings are grade A2 stainless steel, the posts and rails have an extra smooth galvanised finish which is far superior to rival hot dipped products. It’s easier to install with pre-galvanised 2mm tube and has telescopic adjustable legs to compensate for any rise and fall on the roof surface. To help the environment, our 20kg counterbalance weights are made from re-cycled rubber.

What is the Evorail Non Trip system and what makes it unique?

Evorail Non Trip is the latest premium guardrail design in the Evorail range, it comes in a two or three rail system, the third rail system is used when no parapet is present. It features sleek curved uprights similar to the Radius system, but with shorter counterbalance legs that prevent trip hazards for anyone walking close to the guardrail making it safe, stable, and visually refined.

Where can the Evorail Non Trip system be used?

The system is ideal for flat roofs where regular maintenance access is required. It fits roofs of many shapes, including complex areas with plant, ductwork, level changes. It installs without penetrating the roof membrane, making it suitable for sensitive roofing systems.

Why choose Evorail Non Trip over traditional freestanding guardrails?

The Non Trip system eliminates protruding counterbalance legs, improving safety when workers walk near the guardrail and is also ideally suited to areas with limited space. It still uses a counterweight on every leg to meet EN 13374 temporary edge protection standards. The system also has an extra smooth galvanised finish and uses A2 stainless steel fixings.

Is Evorail Non Trip environmentally friendly?

Yes. The system uses 20kg roof-friendly counterbalance weights made from recycled rubber. It is designed for long service life using corrosion-resistant Magnatube tubing and stainless steel fixings, reducing maintenance and replacement waste.

What material options are available for Evorail Non Trip?

Evorail Non Trip is available in smooth pre-galvanised steel, aluminium, and 304 or 316 stainless steel. It can also be powder coated in any RAL colour upon request.
