Top Fix Guardrail

Evorail Top Fix is the most adaptable guardrail system in the Evorail range. With custom-designed base plates and in-house fabrication, it can be installed on standing seam roofs, composite and built-up roofs, concrete, brick, and timber surfaces. It can also be configured as a single-rail system where parapets are over 500mm high.

The system is suitable for a wide variety of roof types including standing seam (using a unique clamp block), composite panels, built-up roofing, concrete, brick, and timber structures. Its versatility makes it ideal for buildings where a traditional freestanding or parapet guardrail cannot be used.

Evorail Top Fix offers long-term durability with grade A2 stainless steel fixings and a smooth galvanised finish superior to standard hot-dipped alternatives. The pre-galvanised 2mm tube and telescopic adjustable legs simplify installation, even on uneven roof surfaces.

Yes. The system is engineered to minimise load transfer to the roof surface. Its fixing methods are designed to prevent water ingress, and the installation avoids unnecessary stress on roofing materials, making it suitable for sensitive roof structures.

Evorail Top Fix is available in smooth galvanised steel, aluminium, and 304 or 316 grade stainless steel. It can also be powder coated to any RAL colour, allowing visual integration with the building design.
