Aluminium Walkway

The EVOwalk Aluminium Walkway is a robust, long-lasting access solution using serrated aluminium panels to provide a safe, non-slip route for maintenance personnel. It is an alternative to the uPVC walkway range and can be fitted with optional toeboards or aluminium guardrails on one or both sides.

The system is designed to suit all roof surface types, including metal clad roofs, standing seam roofs, composite panels, membrane roofs, pitched roofs, valleys, and gutters. Its flexibility allows it to be installed across seams, along roof pitches, or as part of stepped or levelled walkway configurations.

The walkway is extremely strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant, providing a long-term access solution. The serrated aluminium surface delivers excellent slip resistance, and the system can be adapted with levelling brackets, clamps, skis, and various fixing methods to suit different roof constructions.

Depending on roof type, the walkway can be fixed using brackets with bonded sealing strips, non-penetrative standing seam clamps, rubber padded skis, or aluminium support frames. These options help maintain roof integrity and prevent water ingress or membrane damage.

The EVOwalk system can be configured as stepped walkways, valley walkways, or levelled walkways on pitched roofs. Additional ballast, handrails, or metal support bars can be incorporated where required to meet access and safety needs.
