Our Evowalk Standing Seam system is provided in either shortways, to run across seams, or longways to run parallel to roof seams. Utilising our new EVS clamp enable Evowalk to be fitted to all major standing seam roof systems:

The main benefit of using Evowalk in conjuction with our EVS clamp is the speed of installation. A major cost saving, particularly on larger installations. The EVS clamp is quick and simple to fit and is non penetrative to the roof, thereby validating the roof manufacturer’s warranty.

Our Evowalk Seam System can be installed on flat roofs or on pitched sections, using our levelling brackets. We can also incorporate corners and T sections into the design.

When used in combination with our Evorail™ Top-Fix Guardrail system we can offer a total solution to roof safety and access on Standing Seam roofs.

What is the EVOwalk Standing Seam Walkway system?

The EVOwalk Standing Seam system is a non-slip walkway designed specifically for standing seam roofs. It can be installed either shortways (across seams) or longways (parallel to seams) using the EVS non-penetrative clamp system.

How does the EVS clamp benefit installation?

The EVS clamp provides rapid installation without penetrating the roof surface, preserving the roof manufacturer’s warranty. This dramatically reduces labour time and cost, especially on larger projects.

Where can the Standing Seam Walkway be installed?

It can be used on flat or pitched standing seam roofs, with the option of levelling brackets for slopes greater than 7°. The system can also incorporate corners, T-sections, and stepped configurations for complex layouts.

Can the Standing Seam Walkway be integrated with other safety systems?

Yes. When combined with the Evorail Top-Fix Guardrail system, it forms a complete roof safety and access solution, providing both secure walkways and compliant fall protection.

Does the system meet safety standards and what configurations are available?

The EVS clamp has been tested by PDQ Lifting Ltd, pull test available on request. All EVOwalk systems are anti-slip, fire-resistant, and impact-tested, complying with BS2782, BS7976, and ACR(M)001 standards. Panels are available in widths from 600mm to 1020mm, up to 3000mm in length, and can be supplied in white, grey, silver, or red finishes.
