6 Leg Mobile Man Anchors

The Mobile Man Anchor is designed to provide short-term safety on flat roofs where guardrails are not installed. It is ideal for low-frequency maintenance tasks such as servicing AC units, telecommunications equipment, and other rooftop plant.

The system consists of a 6-leg 20kg central anchor point, combined with 20kg steel weights and 20kg rubber weights for a total mass of 260kg. The steel weights include protective rubber pads to prevent roof surface damage. Assembly is quick and simple, requiring only attachment of components before connecting a safety harness.

Yes. The design allows for rapid strip-down and reassembly within minutes. Components can be safely transported by packing weights face-to-face with the centre piece on top.

According to the test data, the 6-point Mobile Man Anchor is approved for use on chipping, bitumen, paving slab, and asphalt roof surfaces. It must not be used on steel or PVC membrane roofs.

Minimum placement distance must be 2.5m from any roof edge.

Only one person (up to 100kg) may be attached at any time. Users must be trained, medically fit to work at height, and use the system as fall restraint wherever possible. Regular inspections are required before every use. All replacement components can be purchased.
