Our Custom Made Frames are designed in-house to suit the required frame size and loading. They are easily assembled on-site in minutes and provide a cost effective solution to siting Air Handling Units onto roof substrate.

Our re-cycled rubber feet provide protection to the roof surface to prevent any possible leaks and the feet assemblies can easily be removed for maintenance or re-surfacing purposes.

We supply in Galvanised Steel as standard but can offer units powder coated to any RAL colour if required.

What is an Extension Air-Con Stand and what benefits does it offer?

Extension Air-Con Stands are used when multiple units or larger spans need supporting beyond a single frame footprint. These stands distribute loads safely using heavy-duty feet and are manufactured in galvanised steel, with optional powder coating in any RAL colour.

What are Single Unit Air-Con Stands designed for?

Single Unit Stands are standalone frames designed for 1200mm x 600mm or double 1200mm x1200mm air-conditioning units. They offer quick installation, competitive pricing, and safe load capacities of 3.2kN (distributed) and 1.6kN (point load). The 360mm heavy-duty feet protect roof surfaces by spreading load effectively.
