Evowalk Walkway Systems
Height safety has become an essential part in the ‘working at height’ industry, Evowalk provides the complete range of aluminium and plastic walkway systems for all roof applications. Evowalk is manufactured from re-cycled PVCu and has a unique Anti–Slip surface which is applied during the extrusion process and is available to order in a choice of RAL colour no’s. Evowalk plastic walkways has been ultimately designed to protect the roof type from wear and tear from maintenance traffic and offers a demarcation route from any hazardous risk on the roof.
Pitched roofs are easily handled in the Evowalk system. Whether the need is for walkway up to the roof apex or transverse across the roof Evowalk is the solution. We can supply Evowalk pitched roof walkway for Standing Seam, Composite, Built-up....in fact any roof type available.
Fall Protection Panels are required where there is a danger of personnel falling onto fragile roof surfaces, usually adjacent to existing or proposed walkway. Evowalk fall protection panels are constructed in wider sections to spread any possible fall load over any fragile roof surfaces.
Our Aluminium walkway is an alternative to our PVCu range. It uses serrated aluminium walkway panels to provide a safe, non-slip route to maintenance personnel. It can also benefit from the addition of toeboard or our Aluminium Guardrail to either side, or both sides if required.
Standing Seam Roofs
Evowalk has been designed to be installed on all major standing seam roof systems;
During installation, the combination of Evowalk and our EVS clamp offers a much faster fitment of the roof walkways, a major cost consideration, particularly on larger installations. The EVS clamp is quick and simple to fit and is non penetrative to the roof, thus validating the roofing manufacturer’s warranty, Evowalk can be affixed across the seams (Shortways) and with the seams (Longways). Corners and T junctions look aesthetically pleasing with the spaces between the panels being equal on both sections, always allowing joints to have perfect alignment.
Composite and Built-Up Roofs
Again, our combination of Evowalk and the EVS Fixing bracket provides a considerably faster installation on site. The EV Fixing bracket is TEK screwed to the I beam and riveted to the roof sheet. The brackets are supplied with a bonded sealing strip on the underside.
Evowalk can be installed across the seams (Shortways) and with the seams (Longways), corners and T junctions look aesthetically pleasing with the spaces between the panels being equal on both sections, always allowing joints to have perfect alignment.
